King post & panel retaining solution
This Birmingham based development consisted of 53 units spread across two adjacent sites.
In this scheme, our in-house design team worked along side the Principal Designers to produce a permanent solution for retaining the embankment.
We were also able to advise that by welding a steel angle to the front of the King Post & Panel wall this could act as a footing for the brick skin wall that is planned to cover the engineered works and give the new home owners a walled garden finish.
